One of the bathrooms downstairs were out of order. The other one was locked. This was during breakfast time. They were not in a rush to fix the problem. The pool area did not have towels do we had to use the ones from the room.

I stayed here with my family from 8/8 to 8/13/24. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff was pleasant. Morning breakfast was ok. Small variety but there’s a Starbucks right next door that I went to a couple of times. The best thing for me was the location. Walmart is right behind the hotel. I was able to go there and grab a couple of things instead of eating out a lot. Overall I had a great stay. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s baseball World Series and had a great experience. It was very clean and the staff was top notch. We were here for a week and I would do it again!

The location was excellent. We visited my mother in law next door at the Red Oak nursing home which was very convenient . Also, a lot of food choices to go to was good. The hotel was nice and clean. I did have issues in my room that I wasn’t to happy about. The restroom smelt like sewer, the outlets in the restroom didn’t work and the toilet seat was very loose. Also the ironing board was broken so had to iron on the bed. We plan on visiting again soon and are hoping we don’t have these issues again.

Great Service!
It was the guy at the front desk who made our stay great! He was so friendly and gave us some good advice on what to do around the hotel for the evening. He was really kind so our first impression was great!
