"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...

"i have booked family suite. The air conditioner is not working and the room have the bad smell. Luckily afyer complain they willing to change another room for us. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. "It was a last minute booking, the pictures looked amazing, which I thought justified the cost. I was wrong. Very unimpressed with the hotel in general, front desk service was not friendly or welcoming and the room was very outdated. Would not recommend staying there at all."

"Everything is perfect. My whole family love the stay. Maybe the owner would like to consider having a more opaque kind of blind for the staircase window as the morning light will shine through the small windows in the small room near the entrance. "
