"This place should have 5 stars! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We got our toothpaste confiscated by TSA and a horrible layover delay. "Very quiet and peaceful which is what we wanted! There were a few small improvements I would have liked, like a toasty hot hot tub open past 7 pm and a good thorough mopping of unit floors, but otherwise the facilities were nice, the kitchen made self-catering easy, laundry facilities convenient, and the staff could not have been kinder and more friendly. Be aware that you definitely will want to rent a car, and can easily do so from the property."

"The hotel staff are wonderful but the cleanliness of the room is lacking. However, the rooms are big and have everything you need to stay for awhile. The pool area is very nice and the beach is just across the street. You are about 15-20 minutes from Lucaya Market."
