"Hotel locked on arrival. No advance warning that reception was not staffed. Supposed to open at 3 so went back then. No one turned up. Called a number stuck on the door and eventually got instructions on how to enter via the back door using a key pad number. Pity nobody thought to email that in advance. All in all, a total shambles.
