"We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family...

We booked our snowboarding thru them and it was very convenient. They also were quick to accommodate some unique needs that we had. "Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses."

"Stayed with 11 people at ITOKU and could not have asked for a better place. Beautiful home that was very clean and conveniently located near Hirafu/Niseko mountain.
