"Every staff member was friendly and extremely helpful! Although we had a hard time finding the hotel in the dark, once we had directions from the staff we made it to this incredible hotel built into the cliff. Although you can get about by car, I think you need to be able to walk (and especially to manage stairs easily) to get the best out of a stay here.
