"Very convenient right on Duval St. park your car and walk to everything. Staff were nice and helpful even help set up a sunset cruise! The only problem was the room it was clean but could use a update some of tiles in shower were falling off and tiles on floor broke and paint in bathroom was not the best and hardwood floors could use being redone. "The location is excellent and the staff friendly. They give a complimentary continental breakfast and happy hour which was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious which can be hard to find at a guesthouse in Key West. The only negative is there's no on site parking and parking in the area isn't the easiest to find."

"Very nice local place, right by the beach. Clean, calm and very confortable. Only negative point was the 2 complementary bicycles, both had the pedals broken, couldn’t use it. Over the phone, the gentleman offered us to refund the rental we have to do, nice gesture and that was enough, we didn’t ask for! Will go back there for sure!"
