"Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Near the beach. Crew very friendly. Room spacious, very good air conditioning and clean. The problem was the Wi-Fi in the room that wasn’t working - only in corridors or in the reception. The crew tried to solve the Wi-Fi problem changing the room but without succeeding. The breakfast is very simple. "

"It is a fairly pleasant hotel with the most staff people I've ever seen, seemingly eager to help you. It's almost fawning. But there are holes. The rooms have lovely light fixtures which manage to cover up most of the light sources. With EVERYTHING turned on, the room is extremely dark. Plus odd 'amenities.' Like, there's a hot water pot in the room, but no coffee or cups to use with it. When I asked for some, they looked at me like I was nuts, provide cups and offered to room service me coffee...

"Great place to stay in Rabat! They accommodated my request for an upgrade with ease- definitely worth paying more for the more spacious room and terrace/balcony- made for peaceful mornings with complimentary tea and coffee in room. Breakfast included! One small downside was that there was an ant problem. "

"The Riad El Maati is traditional and yet modern and functional inside the room. It’s an easy 20 min walk from the train station. It has electrical outlets in the right places, plenty of wardrobe shelves, and built-in wall heaters. The terrace deck is stunning too. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating, such as for extra blanket. Flexibility with breakfast schedule on departure day. "Beautiful property in an upscale area. Highlights were the gorgeous landscaping (inner courtyards) and the superlative breakfast - the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had on our extensive travels. Check-in reception was polite but not warm, pool was beautiful but frigid (solar panel heating at this price point maybe?), and house-keeping inconsistent.
