"This is the third time staying at this property over the past several years. The service is always consistently good and friendly. The rooms are typical for a Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself could use some sprucing, but the location is right across the street from a mall with a ton of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store, so it's worth it. "It was a nice hotel a couple of blocks from downtown Queretaro. I did not like the rooms having carpet. The restaurant did not have vegan options for those of us who do not eat meat. The VIP amenity was not great either."
