"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance. It would have been nice if they offered room service or to send a bottle of wine to the room. It all worked out. "This property is a true gem. From the second you walk in, you are delighted by the beautiful decor and the lovely family that own and manage the hotel. Every detail is perfection. The included breakfast is beyond all expectations and the dinners are absolutely fabulous. The spa is one of the most stunning spas I have ever seen. "We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will definitely stay there again. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had our bikes with us and there is a safe space to store and set up the bikes. Also, the Kellar steakhouse underneath is a massive bonus!"

"I miss ths place. I liked privacy and feel that we were only inhabitants despite there were other groups.European type kitchen in apartment . I like the feeling that everything in the building was secure and strong.We had best breathtaking views ever possible over Bormio town down in the basin which is surrounded by 10.000 feet multiple snowy peaks.This residence is 1000 feet above Bormio so be prepared to drive switchbacks on a quite narrow lane in a traffic sometimes .Grocery store is few...

"Very convenient for the ski slopes. Ski bus stops outside. Hotel is modern and has everything that a skier would want. A hearty breakfast with a great selection each morning, including freshly made eggs. Snacks available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views to the mountains from the hotel and in particular the hotel restaurant. Great facilities for families with children. Overall a great choice."

"We had the best stay, the staff were very accommodating and the chalets were so nice. I would 100% recommend this to anybody staying in Livigno. Breakfast was amazing too."

"Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. I will recommend this hotel to everyone."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."
