On the second day of my stay, I found a couple of small cockroaches crawling on the tissue paper in the bathroom and I could smell sewage smell coming out from the bathroom. The next day I found a live cockroach hiding underneath one of my shoes. I showed the dead insect to the hotel front desk and they moved me up to a VIP room on the 10th...

"The Hotel lobby and breakfast was excellent, so as the service. The exterior of the Hotel and lobby was fatastic. Interior and furnitures are old. The key issue we had us that for a 2-bedroom Hotel Apartment, typically there is a bare minimum cutlery in the kitchen shelves. There was none in this apartment. While they said if you need anything ask us, it doesn't feel right to us to ask for few cups and plates or forks/knifes. Appreciate their cleaning service and beautiful breakfast area. "

"Very good hotel, I always stay there when I am in Shanghai. It closes to subway station for 2 lines. Delis are near by. But when they have group tour people check in, you need wait longer time to check in."

"This hotel is convenient to Hongqiao Airport. It is next to a subway Station on the new #10 Line. It is next to the Carefour mall, which serves all general shopping needs, and close to other specialized shopping as well. The hotel is far away from standard Shanghai sites, but is excellent for one desiring a full apartment setting. The room sizes are large, and the apartment all come with at least two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two full bathrooms. They are well furnished, but beware...
