"Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt...

"The apartment are well equipped, the staff at the reception was helpful in case of questions. The residence was few minutes walk away from the underground station and there are plenty of restaurants, shops around. Some of my highlight were the delivery robots going up the floors with us in the elevator, and the decoration for the Chinese New Year."
