"The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again."

"Great staff & bathroom. The squeeze soap inside showers are not for the 50s & up ladies - waaay too hatd to squeeze out! Poor sheets, pillows & mattess. The lobby seats in sitting area by the rattan hanging chairs side have lots of crumbs & spots on them."

"Spent 1 night here and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only downside was how the parking lot was laid out. I drove my truck there (F-150) and the parking lot was sort of hard to maneuver through when it was busy there. But that is not the fault of the hotel at all. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. Would stay here again. "

"Key card system didn't work, so it wasn't a convenience, nor a settling feeling to have staff help me enter my own room, place another customer in the room across from me (knowing this information) and basically feel like I couldn't leave without anybody having access to my open door. There was no feedback of when or how I would even receive a key at any point. "
