"Based on my observations and comparing with some hotels that I stayed before, I shared with PIC at related areas of responsibility and most importantly they listed and noted those areas that I mentioned and recommended for improvement. This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. Overall, I am glad to stay there as very conveniently located together with Siri’s Shopping Mall, I did some shopping and dine there too. "The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms Anna Wong from the restaurant. She is always smiling and goes around to ask the guests they are ok. The room we stayed is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much . The only setback the hotel is that guests can smell the foul air from the nearby Filipino market Once you stand outside the lobby. Because of the hotel is across the market, the surrounding area gets pretty busy . May not be pleasant if you are on holiday. "

I also truly appreciated how accommodating they were with my last-minute request for a late check-out. The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. I’d also like to highlight the hotel’s restaurant—the food was great, and I absolutely loved their home-baked pastries. You can really taste the care that goes into their kitchen.
