"I can’t say enough about the wonderful and gracious hosts. They greeted us upon arrival with Muna Tea and helped us find dinner. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had no problem walking to the Plaza de Armas. They stored our luggage while we hiked the Inca Trail for 4 days. "This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime! "

The service stands out

"I want to start by mentioning the service-my favorite thing about Hotel Novotel. The staff is very attentive and goes out of their way to help. And they do it very quickly and with a smile. The lobby is beautiful and historic. A lively place to hand out and drink mate which is provided nearly 24 hrs per day. The rooms are fairly basic but large. I had a king room. It had a large desk, refrigerator and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure, lots of hot water and thick towels. The bed was very comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress which it had. I know some reviewers have complained about noise but I found it very quiet. My room was at the back of the hotel. I didn’t have an opportunity to try the spa or the restaurant so I cannot give any information about that. All in all, I highly recommended Hotel Novotel. It’s a great value! "
