"This place was amazing. I love the staff the staff love me. I love the activities. They have the pink party in the jungle party. I had the most fun I ever had in my life. I travel across the world, and I ranked Dominican Republic in my top five of places to be for New Year’s And fun in general."

"The property grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that my safe would not open and this was on my bday when I was supposed to head down for dinner. The front desk kept saying 15 min it ended up being over 2 hrs they had me miss my bday celebration in the dining hall which was very disappointing because, that was the purpose of my trip. The rooms were a little dated and my room actually had a bad leak from the vent in the ceiling one day it was raining which also was my bday. The entertainment was good and the team was lots of fun. Overall, a good experience!! Shout out to Pacheko at the front desk and Biembo in the dining hall for such informative and fun conversations especially with me being a solo travel they made sure I was taken care of. "

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December!
