"We arrived with 2 young kids to the appartement in a hot July day, to discover there is no AC in the appartement, it was probably 40 degrees C inside which was unbereable. We asked for fans to keep the kids cool but there was none. The pool was very small and busy so not even an option. The room and furniture are very old and outdated, towels disgusting and very very used Such a shame for a so called 4star facility. "The hotel is within walking distance from city center and all attractions and shopping. The gentleman who checked us in, even helped park my car in the parking garage which would have been challenging for me as it is underground and very small. It was so nice of him to help. The only drawback was this property did not have an elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs via the stairs."

"All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent and comfortable room which was an upgrade. Fabulous dinner in the restaurant and the sommelier who also ran the bar and restaurant was fun and helpful. Secure on-site parking which was included. Great position 1km off autoroute and 10 minutes walk into town centre. Good value for money at this time of year. "
