"The staff is really kind and the room spacious, however the aircon makes so much noise that is really hard to sleep. Also there’s nothing around the hotel and you’re ‘hostage’ of the hotel restaurant which sells considerably overpriced things. If they invested a bit more on the hotel surroundings and also offered more options at the hotel, like a spa for example, it would make the place a lot more attractive. "We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...
