Providencia Hotels with Swimming Pool

"We couldn’t have picked a better hotel than the Solace!!! Felipe and Kevin were at the front desk when we checked in.. Both of them were so helpful, and were amazingly accommodating! It was early morning.. They gave us our room and complimentary breakfast, which was totally unexpected! We hadn’t slept for well over 24 hours and just to get in a room to plug in our cell phones was greatly appreciated! After an entire day of touring Santiago with the guide, we came back to the room. It was a quiet and peaceful place to call home. We went to the rooftop bar for drinks and snacks, which was lovely. The servers there were also wonderful, especially Anderson. Nobody was swimming, but the pool looked really inviting. Breakfast had a lot of variety and there was availability of all the types of coffees and cappuccinos 24/7! There was ample water in the fridge in our room +2 cans of complementary sodas plus Lavazzo coffee plus the coffee machine in our room. We did not use it because there was ample coffee downstairs. Our room was spacious., quiet and the view was beautiful. I was sorry we couldn’t stay longer. However, we will return."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was not ready when we arrived but we knew we would have to wait. Breakfast is very good. One of our family members had her purse stolen. Only then did the staff member not become helpful. They wouldn’t call the police and ask them to come to the hotel. Only told us to go to police station. This was the only time they weren’t helpful."
