"Fantastic pastries at breakfast. Convenient location within a short walk of the metro and the cable car. Good sized, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff. Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait. "

"I had not realized it was an apartment. Getting in was complicated but there was help. The place is not new, but good. The street is very noisy. This was cost-effective. "

"Location was good and safe. Very near metro. Unfortunately my 9th floor room faced west so I had the sun beating in almost all day... unless I shut all the drapes which was depressing. It is an unmarked building so good luck finding it. No little extras like bath soap and shampoo or a bottle of water. TV is in bedroom area not living room area. Wifi is good. No one speaks English do you better know Spanish. I paid in advance but I got a bill under my door to pay again. What a frustrating...

"Excellent facility. Really liked the healthy and hot breakfast options including Fredh cut fruit and juices unlike what you find in US, unhealthy and frozen options. Very clean and friendly staff. My next stay I would prefer the same place "
