"Overall the property had what my family and I were looking for - location. The hotel has an old charm to it and it was always busy and full of guests and non guests. We stayed in a corner room so we could get as much light we could and also have cloud gate view. The shower was great and bed was comfy. Overall 5 stars but if we didn’t have the natural lighting or a good view it could easily go down to 2 stars because the room can get warm quick so it’s best to crack open a window. "Overall our experience was great! Super easy check in, & very accommodating to any requests we had. Our room itself seemed clean and well kept. The only downsides were the shower, very small water stream & the air vent was quite dirty, but that was the only cleanliness issue we encountered in our stay. The rooms are about as soundproof as it gets, we didn’t hear much aside from muffled sirens. The complimentary breakfast both days we stayed were great, lots of options. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!"
