"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"LOVED IT!!! It’s an apartment that was turned into a 3 hotel rooms space. I got a nice clean room with a huge bed and a jacuzzi bathtub:)) I had to postpone my Kiev time and get into that jacuzzi first thing hehe Great staff, they welcomed me when I got there but you do have to let them know when you’re coming cuz they aren’t always there. I got the key and fobs for the building. Free water and coffee (huge plus!) and the room was clean and bright, the design was great, nothing I would change....

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer.
