"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. "The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation.
