Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. "My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. "Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. "We stayed at Franceshi Park on a recent ski trip to Cortina with friends. Great location for buses to the tram (Tofana) and gondola (Faloria), very easy walk to town, great breakfast, excellent bar and restaurant, interesting spa area. The rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Overall, great value and excellent experience."

"A great hotel in the heart of Bolzano. My first stay at this particular property, I stayed further away from the centre before. The area is nice, good restaurants, grocery and other shopping. My room was upgraded and I got a huge room with a terrace and a jacuzzi tub. All amenities in the room were great and plenty. Parking was convenient and not too expensive. "
