Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Poznań

"The forks were literally dirty, there were no basic things in the apartment, if I knew I would book a hotel! Cleaning level below acceptable, not much recommended "

"One of the best value for money apartments I have stayed in. Superbly decorated throughout; everything you could need for a short or long stay. Well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area, well appointed bathroom even had toiletries provided! Great little balcony with chairs, peaceful location but within walking distance of the Old Brewery and shops....would definitely return!"

"Very disappointing, nothing like pictures. Difficult check in and out process, off property to pick up keys. Took 30 min there and back in traffic. ZERO hospitality, rude careless staff personal. TOKYO ROOM has ZERO japanese accents, bare one set up...States room has 55in TV- nope... 30in maybe... Nothing but soap in bathroom. Small old uncomfortable mattress and pillows, long cracks in all walls (see pics)"continental breakfast" is a joke with 1 egg 2p bread 2 cheap sausage and a couple...

"The room on the pics looked different. Although it was in a new building, the condition of the furniture( mainly beds) was not great. The doors were noisy-nothing WD40 would not fix. The blinds were broken. But most of all, there was no water in the appartment the following day! We left early so could not even inform the office. Very helpful staff, although the website does not give all the details: had to call office in Warsaw to get the number for office in Poznan....."

"The apartment is large, comfortable but neglected. It could be superb if the owner would paint the walls, which are full of stains and scratches. The bathroom is really nice but smelly and again the walls are dirty and the washbasin is almost stopped. The sofa is also full of stains."
