"Excellent hotel "

"Overall really enjoy my time at this hotel, staff were helpful and presented well, the room was lovely decorated and clean however only bad thing was there was hair near the kettle and bit of black mould in the shower. Also due to the location it’s wonderful of you enjoy night life but if you are looking for somewhere quiet you may not get that as you can hear people outside but other than that it’s wonderful place to stay "

"The stay was good. Staff were polite and helpful at check in, although they take and hold £50 during your stay which they release when you check out. It's not a problem but did take a few days to land back in my account and felt unnecessary. The downstairs area of the hotel is impeccable. It looks amazing and felt like a luxury hotel. "Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"

"Excellent. From arrival to leaving. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed 1 night, 4 adults in 1 room. Perfect location for airport. 5 minutes in car to T2. We had to leave hotel by 3.30am for our flight. There were pastries, fruit, porridge, tea & coffee available in reception area before we left, at no extra cost. We will definitely be staying there again."
