"The room was next to a busy road, but I was able to sleep well because of tiredness. Anyone walking the Via Francigena should be tired enough to sleep through an explosion. 😇 It’s only 9 mins walk from the train station (bus-substitute trains run often.) It is 19 minutes downhill walk from the Roman bridge at Pont Saint Martin. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was how difficult it was to lock the shared bathroom. "Just like before excellent service at reception. Large room with spacious bathroom. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. Unlike our previous stay this time we heard noises throughout the night & did not sleep very well, a rude neighbor. In the morning excellent service for breakfast & checking out."

"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat. The two therapists were friendly and professional and gave us a fabulous treatment. The exceptional meal in the restaurant was the best treat of all, innovative, delicious.a wonderful experience, alongside a very good wine flight and excellent service."
