"One night stay in a sea view apt. Lovely room with bathroom in the bedroom. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! "This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. "The Marelen was perfect for us, the breakfast had many options, the pool bar was top notch service, its location is perfectly between the beach and main road for shops etc. We were visiting for a few days for a wedding so staying in different hotels and multiple people mentioned how they really liked our hotel compared to others in the area - we are hoping to be back for a proper holiday next year!"

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didn’t mind, however worth noting if that’s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while it’s close to everything you need, it’s also private and quiet."
