"Great location within walking distance of the Metro and Riverside . The hotel itself was very comfortable with good sized rooms huge bed and the bathroom very impressive with a great shower . We didn’t use the bar however it looked well stocked .The breakfast was very good with a good choice of both hot and cold foods . And wine too. The location ,we loved as it was easy to get around to all the attractions and the local shops cafes and restaurants were top notch. "

"In general this hotel was decent. Location was definitely a PRO. The heating and cooling was a bit off. It was hard to find that just right zone. Maybe that was due to the time of year we went (Nov-Dec). We were on higher floor and heard the rooftop music/party from 10pm-1am. After inquiring the hotel said they rent out that area and unfortunately they dont have much control what happens there from that time range. This was unfortunate because we had a young child. "Staff on site from 8am to 23hish, which covers most check in hours. They have another hotel building just steps away in case you have any other needs at other hours. The room was spacious, spotless and newly furnished. Kitchen was essentially fully equipped. No washer/dryer in the unit but that depends on your needs. Twins beds were comfortable. Bedding for the sofa bed was clean and comfortable as well. Housekeeping every 2 days is included. The shower gel dispenser was empty when we checked in...

"I highly recommend The Vintage House to anyone who is staying Pinhao. It is a lovely property with great service, very clean, good food and ambiance. We had an early train and since we didn't have time for breakfast, they provided a bag lunch for us that included sandwiches, croissants, pastries, an apple and water; perfect! All in all, a great experience! "

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast was great. Think that annoyed me was that we paid extra to book a hotel with a sauna and pool. Advertised as open at 8am. Both days, sauna cold at 8am and advised it would take an hour to heat up. Totally pointless as by that point we were out for the day. Someone needs to turn the sauna on at 7am so it’s ready to use at 8am… another customer told me it had also happened the day before. "

Clean and spacious hostel with great views

"Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again"

"A good size room, with large bath & shower, large comfortable bed, room on 1st floor - no noise, very good breakfast - great selection/options, all staff very helpful, very well equipped gym to accommodate all levels/needs. Good location for transport/train to airport. The restaurant meals however...very small portions (pasta dish) +50% for an average size portion. "
