"I loved this place! I had the junior suite with the sea view. It must be the best view in Tropea! This place was easily found and within walking distance of everything. The woman who checked me and and made breakfast in the mornings was absolutely lovely (wish I had gotten her name)."

"What a beautiful property, with a lovely pool area, and buffett breakfast with coffee baristas, and hot egg dishes on request. I'm guessing the breakfast room doubles as a bar for the pool. Entire property looks brand new."

"Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay at Villa Il Barone. The location is convenient and private parking is available within the BnB. Breakfast was prepared and delivered to our room every day. The homemade pastries were delicious! The beach and city center are within 5min driving distance from the BnB. Villa Il Barone will be our first choice if we plan to return to Tropea. My only recommendation is to provide an iron in the room or to borrow for a short period. "

"This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located just 15 minutes walk from the train station and just steps away from restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and they a nice simple breakfast included with excellent cappuccino. A great place to stay in gorgeous Tropea. "

"Very accomodating hosts. They went over & above during our visit. Breakfast had lots of choices. Room was cozy and comfortable. Some extra treats in the fridge left for us. Great view from our balcony. Very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shos close"
