"We really enjoyed the hotel but there was very exessive noise until 3 in the morning. We were not aware it is party area of Tampa. Very loud music from drivers blaring their stereos and alot of party goers until 3. We paid for balcony suite so I would do a inside room next time."

"I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this...

"The property was close to everything. The people at the front desk were very nice. The food in the drinks were great. The only thing I would say is they don't have parking for their guest. And for the amount of money you pay you should have free parking. And they don't have a microwave in the room. I thought that was kind of odd. The room to me was kind of small for what you pay. I probably would not stay there again for the amount of money you pay. They fill the refrigerator up with all of their drinks, so I couldn't put anything in the fridge. There's no real ambiance there. Well I digress"
