It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. We had a nice stay. "

"As a first time traveller to Germany from the UK, I was slighly sceptical about using Hotel Spahr. But to my surprise this place was amazing, parking was easy. Unfortunately when I arrived it was evening time so parking around the front had been taken. But the gentleman who runs the front desk opened the underground garage for me and allowed me to park there for the two nights that I stayed. I didn't even know there was an underground garage. "The hotel was exactly what we would expect from a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. From the Monet in the lobby to champagne at check in. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast buffet and room service was excellent. They have their own bees on the roof for honey. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stuttgart. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Hetzel hotel. Room was really big for a single Bathroom was very clean with a nice shower. Breakfast wasn't five star but it had all I needed to give me a good start in the morning. Not a lot of dialogue with reception,which I believe,is a good thing. Nice surroundings and U-trains were frequent and close to walking distance. Only negative was the price is a little bit too high for being out in the suburbs of the city."

"A nice little hotel within walking distance of the main train station up the hill through the park. For the price the room was spacious, decent Tv, the wi-fi was excellent and the bed comfortable. If you arrive at night you have to check in and collect keys by yourself, it is quite complicated but I managed it in the end. In the morning the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again If i visit Stuttgart again."

"The room was nice and clean. It is definitely a different set up where you go in a separate door then the registration desk and went thru 2 doors to get to rooms. It was a very quiet room. It is not walkable to anything at least that I was going to. But easy to get to bus and train. Grocery store was so close and cheap easy to pick up breakfast things and drinks. "

"Being from the US, we didn't know why our room was "warm" lol Also stayed during and because of Oktoberfest so didn't expect it to be quiet :) Breakfast buffet was very good. Not used to having to pay for parking. Different practices for different countries...."
