"Hotel restaurant was closed on the day we arrived. On the main resort lawn was a private event, which limited any one from using that area, not sure why they charge a resort fee when the areas are closed to guests."

"This was my third time staying here and it continues to be a great stay. The hotel is in great walking/driving distance from Old Town San Diego and about 10 min drive to Balboa Park. Neighborhood is a bit industrial but it was clean and I felt safe. Front desk clerks are very friendly and professional. The room & bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable.
