"After riding in a car for 5 hours, wanted to relax in the hot tub. It was late afternoon and the water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm. Other guests said the heat was just turned on after complaining. Maybe the heating unit should be turned on earlier."

"Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was pretty clean, however in the suite we had the couch was dirty and the coffee table had crumbs from a previous guest still in the top of it. Also, the bathroom vanity top had a few drink rings where someone had spilled a drink, which had not been wiped up. Bed was seemingly clean and comfortable, room was spacious."

"We’ve stayed at this particular venue in the past and were not disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and more than accommodating. Our CSR on todays trip upgraded our room to give us a better view and that small act of kindness did not go unnoticed. My husband and I were more than appreciative. From start to finish she was professional, kind and she possessed such a warm personality. Give the gal a raise. She is more than well deserving of it ❤️"
