"Bom minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa ,teve só um probleminha no check-in devido a demora, E um mau entendido sobre o estacionamento quando tava fazendo o check-in o rapaz quis me cobrar 40 reais de diária pelo estacionamento mais não aceitei a cobrança. Site dizia que o estacionamento era grátis. De resto deu tudo certo . "

"Hotel limpo em todas as suas áreas, pessoal do atendimento todos muito amáveis e café da manha muito bom, porem estão pecando em algo simples, ficamos 4 noites, no check-in nos deram 2 micros sabonetes e duas toalhas, com estes sabonetes e toalhas passamos os 4 dias, nos três primeiros dias arrumaram o apto, no quarto dia nem isto fizeram o que faz a estadia ser um desapontamento, caso não tivéssemos levado nosso próprio sabonete teríamos que comprar!"

"I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric. "

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...
