"The Cigno Hotel is a beautiful oasis in central Merida. The room was large, beautifully appointed and well air-conditioned. The food at the restaurant was excellent-modern Mexican cuisine. We felt one of the best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and very gracious. You cannot go wrong staying at this excellent small hotel. "Great little hotel in Merida. Well located, a little walk from the plaza Grande. Leo the owner, is welcoming and very accomodating. He generously gives you tips on activities and restaurants. "Room was very clean, had air conditioning and a comfy bed. Service was outstanding, they accommodated an early check in when we showed up and were helpful with all requests we had. We were able to park our truck with pop up camper under the carport, and although not entirely secure, it worked perfectly for us. Was a lovely place to stay!"

"Hotel Hacienda Merida is a charming, well maintained boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was cleaned to perfection each day. Breakfast served on the outside patio was a lovely start to the day. If you like salsa dancing, La Negrita is a short walk down the street. I loved staying at Hacienda Merida. It made my last few days in Merida a pleasure!"

"Beautiful remodeled home in the heart of Merida. Great vive, comfortable, elegant and decorated with good taste. We were not sure about the neighborhood as the rest of the homes look a little older and unkempt but it turned out to be great. Sofia was really nice"
