"El hotel es muy bonito. El servicio en general es excelente, todo el personal muy amable. Céntrico. El pan en el restaurante es delicioso. El restaurante y la vista es magnífica. Mi única sugerencia sería en el restaurante el servicio es un poquito lento porque la mesera tiene que ir a la cocina o al bar y pierde visibilidad de los clientes, no sabe si llega alguien o no. Tal vez una cámara en el área de mesas para q tenga vista desde la cocina. Nos encantó! "

"The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."

"Wow - this hostel was fantastic. I would definitely use the word hostel loosely, as the quality and standard of the entire place is more like hotel. The accommodation was gorgeous and in a great location. Staff were super helpful, giving food recommendations and also offered free walking tours of the city. "

"The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help. The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states.
