"We didn't like the fact that there were kids going up and down the hallways banging on doors and waking us up and them yelling up and down the halls..We did love sitting in the hot tub our first night, could be a little warmer though..love the fact that our room has a sliding glass door, makes it so much easier on me since I have severe hip issues"

"Place was clean and service was good. Just stayed on the first floor too close to where the breakfast buffet is. Lots of traffic and moving around starting at 6. My advice would be to ask for a room away from there if you’re on the first floor. 103"

"We actually loved staying here. There were a few flaws... 1--there was used toilet paper in our toilet when we first got to the room. 2--It felt like it was 100 degrees when we first walked in. 3--Breakfast was not what was advertised. 4--You cant change from heat to ac....so we were literally sweating in our room. "The stay was very enjoyable. Only one thing. Breakfast was cold each day for 3 days. I am a retired food service supervisor and I don't think the temp on the eggs or the sausage would meet standards. On sunday morning they were completely cold. We ate early each day and they were not hot at all. Otherwise the stay was great. "

"Mistakenly booked the Hasting hotel when I meant to book Grand Island as was flying out of the CNRA (airport) the next day. I was unable to switch locations through Hotel.com (which was a little frustrating but I agreed to the terms when I booked it—my bad and theirs as would have been nice to do). Made the best of it every tho’ on a WINTRY night it meant more driving in the early morning when roads would not be cleared yet.
