"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance. It would have been nice if they offered room service or to send a bottle of wine to the room. It all worked out. "Sehr schönes neu renoviertes Hotel. Moderne Ausstattung und toller Welnessbereich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es war alles da was das Herz begehrt. Skibushaltestelle direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Der Transfer zum Skigebiet Nauders beträgt nur 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir werden bestimmt weitere Standorte von YAVA besuchen."

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
