Some of the guests had refurbished rooms on floors 5 & 6 with proper air conditioning which were much nicer (the room I booked for my parents through Expedia). Lovely hotel for a mini break.

"A lovely hotel. And excellent value. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It was off-season when we were there so the hotel was quite empty. The only negative which we could find was that there were no curtains in our bedroom so that we could not open the shutters fully as people could see in."
