"We change our visit to Houston of the weather condition during this week We will be there on Monday I asked Hotel to change oir reservation and everything is ok so far "

"The room was supposedly handicapped accessible but the toilet was low, when it should be higher and the jetted tub was not accessible for any handicapped person, would have better with with a walk in shower. The pillows were shaped like spheres, not something I could rest myhead on."

"When I went to the hotel it was closed. I had never been to Houston and had to find another hotel at night. I was tired with my one year old son. I never received an email about it. I have tried to contact them and they have not responded for 5 days to get my money back."
