"We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again. "

"Der Blick ist grandios und entschädigt für vieles. Allerdings ist die Bezahlung bei Ankunft extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr negativ ist die Warmwasseraufbereitung mittels Ölheizung zu nennen. Diese läuft ununterbrochen und stinkt auf dem Balkon penetrant nach Diesel, als ob man neben einem LKW sitzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde von der Rezeption abgewiegelt und auf vorbeifahrende Lastautos verwiesen. Erst meine Eigeninitiative brachte Linderung."

"This property is truly amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! My partner and I stayed for a week and agreed it was one of our favorite places we’ve even been (both the property and the island)! Nikos, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He communicated before we arrived, was there to greet us and show us around, and helped with a few things during our stay like lending us a beach umbrella and providing recommendations for the island. The room we rented was actually an apartment and so clean...

"We only stayed here one nigth to break our stay before traveling to the other side of Kefalonia. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. Rooms are very nice, the place is cool looking, the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very good. The view was relaxing as well. Also there were a few charming little restaurants close by. "

"Great apartment in the heart of Argostoli It was a great stay. We had a 2 bedroom with our teenage kids. It was perfect! Friendly service. Highly recommend!!!"

"The modernization of this old property is incredible. It still keeps all of its charm without being too flashy. Welcome gifts waited in the room for me with handwritten notes. Walk to town in 2-3 minutes. Could not recommend more."

"A lovely property with fabulous views. Very comfortable bed and good air-conditioning when needed. Our room was number 10 up in the eaves so some low sloping ceilings but an amazing view. Small but adequate kitchenette and bathroom. Great pool. Good local restaurant and handy shop. Definitely need a car, too far to walk to the beach or Fiscardo. Would stay here again. "

"Great place to stay near the airport. 8 drive time to the airport and 5 mins to Avra which has a good restaurant. Pool is good and breakfast is nice. Easy to get to and communication with the owners is good by message and mobile."
