"Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."

We were upgraded to a suite which had the bedroom and main bathroom on a mezzanine floor, plus a kitchen and second bathroom which was very convenient and meant we could spread out and relax. The hotel also offered breakfast in their restaurant which was super convenient and tasty, plus we’re able to cater for me as a coeliac.
