"Rustic, full of flowers and plants. I was first very concerned about mosquitos since the rustic design leaving the room not sealed from the environment. Surprisingly I did not get a single bite during the stay. Maybe it was not the mosquito season. I wish they have a bed turn down service at the evening. However, I did get food poisoning at its restaurant. The rice they served that time should never has passed the kitchen, which hopefully will be done better in the future. "

"Beautiful hotel, good location for everything in Suntown. Unfortunately over the last year or so 2 night clubs have been built right un front of the Venice Hotel, great if u want to join in, not so good if you want to sleep. It's a shame as tge hitel is fantastic and tge load music is outside their control . If you go to Suntown recommend 2 or 3 nights. Day 1 Suntown Tour, walk about, night mar, Day 2 Cable car, if you do day 3 trip to Bia Khem Beach to swim. "

"We loved our stay here. The facilities were exceptional and cannot be faulted. The variety of areas to sit and relax, sunbake, swim etc are fantastic. It is tranquil and relaxing. Rooms a beautiful and everything is luxurious in the rooms. More regular availability to order food and drinks would be great - maybe a QR code ordering system as couches all have numbers. Staff are trying but are struggling to keep up with the demands of the vast number of nationalities that are visiting. A shuttle...
