"Larger than expected with mostly families. Zillions of children and breakfast mayhem. This is a lovely hotel but maybe not ideal in high season unless you’ve got small children. Most of the guests were Russian. Breakfast is a bunfight although the fare is excellent and the staff are absolutely on point when it comes to turning round the tables. The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. I have been blessed to stay in 5 star resorts in Australia, the Caribbean Hawaii etc and would rank this the best. Of course we will be back soon! "

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool area was very slippery, felt unsafe every time we stepped out of the pool. Not very convenient for families with babies. No child pool, and the kids club is very small leaving the kids bored. There wasn’t a lot near the hotel you have to take a taxi to the town , 20 min drive usually 400 baht a direction , so 800 both ways. The breakfast was nice addition. Not much alternatives in the area. The beach restaurants only open at 10:00. Also the rooms...

"Extraordinary is an understatement! We had younger folks in a TreeHouse and the elders occupied the villa. All accommodations were superb with the restaurant serving scrumptious meals and a great breakfast buffet. "
