"We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail hike. We really enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel as it is comprised of only a few rooms. Therefore, it is quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed our host and owner as he was great at conversation so there was never a dull moment. He prepares breakfast for you in the morning (which is filling and nutritious). The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the plaza de armas so you are close to the action. "

"Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price.
