"We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail hike. We really enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel as it is comprised of only a few rooms. Therefore, it is quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed our host and owner as he was great at conversation so there was never a dull moment. He prepares breakfast for you in the morning (which is filling and nutritious). The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the plaza de armas so you are close to the action. "

"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

"Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel.
