Second Home Cusco

2.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (254)
"We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail hike. We really enjoyed the ambiance of this hotel as it is comprised of only a few rooms. Therefore, it is quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed our host and owner as he was great at conversation so there was never a dull moment. He prepares breakfast for you in the morning (which is filling and nutritious). The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the plaza de armas so you are close to the action. "

Huascaran Casa Boutique Cusco

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (396)
"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

El Andariego

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (120)
"Breakfast & the location was great, we had to cancel the reservations because there wasn’t any heat. The weather was cold and rainy, cold air came inside the room from the door & bathroom window which didn’t seal/close properly. Large black spider visited us & we had to report no hot water… maintenance came ran water for >5minutes, ran sink & shower & flushed toilet to make water lukewarm. Front desk clerk was amazing & completely understood our needs, cancelled balance of reservations. Just...

Hotel Conquistador

3.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (10)
"Very bad experience!!! Once we got there, they wanted to charge us significantly more than what we booked with hotels.com; it took over 30 mins of arguing before they honored the right price. Customer was completely awful! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! To make things worse, no hot water and the room walls are paper thin. You could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. Oh... then to save not paying hotels.com a commission fee, they cancelled my booking. Now I'm going to have to fight to...

Hotel Ferre Machu Picchu

3.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (257)
"The property was okay. The pictures always look better than in reality. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part. I wish the windows had screens so we could open them at night but we couldn’t because of mosquitoes per the staff. "

Hotel Royal Qosqo

3.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, (64)
" Our stay was comfortable and good value. We slept very warmly, with blankets and doonas provided. Beds are comfy and room was a good size for a reasonable price. Breakfast was terrific and staff were really helpful and super courteous. Staircases around the property are wooden, so there does tend to be some early morning stomping around. Biggest let down though is the bathroom, which has obviously been treated for black mould in the past and the damp is taking hold again in our room, with...
