"Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. "My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"Might have been the BEST Hotel we have ever stayed at in the World. And we have been to a few. In fact, after our two stays there; during back and forth Cruise overnights - we sat down later and tried to figure out if there were any better?? It took a while to even come up with a couple of our favs’. And We have had some Grand Ones, but the E & O; we can easily count on, with only two or three fingers. Views spectacular. Ultra clean and safe. Quiet and Relaxed. Rooms fit for Queens and Kings. Excellent location - with short walks to some cool Markets and reasonably priced Night Time eats. Red Garden Food Paradise, close by gets top marks. And the breakfast buffet at the hotel is unparalleled / unbeatable for quality, selection, friendliness, service and tastebuds. Definitely the best buffet breakfast in the World, bar none! And the best of all was the Very Friendly / Courteous Staff. Professionals in every aspect. Top that off with an excellent local driver, that we still correspond with daily - and E & O and Penang has easily become one of our favorite destinations. So wish to return/visit again. Very well done. Thanks to ALL. We will never forget You. Your Beautiful Place and People - are the Real Deal. "

Perfect Stay

"The staff really make this hotel something special. Everyone wr met was kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had two very had nights sleep, but this was due to four adjacent rooms being shared by a large familywho had no respect for other guests and allowed their children race screaming along the corridor unitl after midnight whilst the adults had a party slamming doors with loud conversations in the corridor. The hotel was very proactive and professionally dealt with the issue. We visited a well known hotel up the road and found the Park Royal to be a far better hotel! We would love to return and would recommend staying at the Park Royal"

"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

"Nice resort with excellent service. Free area shuttle. There are some nearby attractions. We went to Entopia and loved it. No restaurants within a short walk but a short grab ride can take us to many local restaurants. We were so happy trying the grilled stingray at Yu Xiang Little Kitchen. Will stay here again when visiting Penang."
