"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Really lovely location. Super central Very open a spacious. I got it for me and my partner for the evening while visting friends. But could have easily had some children or another couple with us. The site was very clean, everthing was what we needed for the stay. Very happy overall, would stay at and use again "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

An amazing stay, highly recommended

"Absolutely amazing stay. We were treated incredibly well by the team, including Manager. Stacey. We cannot thank them enough for making us feel really special. Thank you so much. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. The room was incredible; cleanliness spot on, amenities were great. The bed is also incredibly comfortable. And we had a really nice evening meal in Stanley’s Bar, followed by breakfast - both definitely worth doing! Highly recommend"

"I was greeted by a very friendly host who did everything he could to make sure I could get into my room slightly earlier than check in time as I was on a stag doo and needed desperately to get changed to get into town. He also gave me all the info I needed to get into town. The room was immaculate and the rooms are very very quiet and I was fortunate enough to have an amazing view and could see Anfield. "

" I had an excellent stay at The Halyard Liverpool from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with hot chocolate and rum at reception—a thoughtful and unique touch that set the tone for a fantastic experience. The room was perfect—spacious, with the ideal temperature and top-notch facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bed linen and pillows that made for a wonderful night’s sleep. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom amenities were outstanding—the shower gel and shampoo were the best I’ve ever used, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.
