"Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable."

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. We even got a nice Motobike ride with our boy in the village. They also rent bikes to trip around the island or support with long time taxi over the day."
