"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Comfy bed, friendly staff, hot shower. WiFi is horrible, you need to sit outside to have good signal. The building is staff house for staff of several resorts on the island. No holiday atmosphere. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable."

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "The apartment hotel is wonderful.I took a one bedroom. It was large and clean and comfortable. The location was excellent right in the middle of the nightlife and day life! I paid extra for breakfast and it was absolutely terrible quality,I ate once and didn't go back ! Don't include breakfast in your package!"
