Only bit of feedback is it would have been nice to have a adults only pool. We will be sure to recommend it to all our friends and family, thank you so much! "The Resort was great! Food and service was fantastic with some great options at Breakfast.. Just be informed that one of the wings is under construction and they work all day and most of the night.. Staff were great offering us a different room but we didn’t mind it during the day not a big deal as we were in the pool but it was just a little annoying when they work till late at night, the works are going on till March. "

"Resort was great, kids pool and slide kept kids happy but there were still activities in adults pool. Always fresh, clean towels available. Having to remember breakfast vouchers was only annoying."

"This is the beautiful place I've ever stayed. The pools are in lush jungle. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and selection. The service was 12/10. Our butler, Eka, gave us his phone number to WhatsApp him any time we needed anything and delivered it promptly. The staff would come knock every evening to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything. They had a scooter delivered to us when they saw us leave the hotel to go rent our own. There was some beautiful dining entertainment, and you can cast Netflix or something from your phone to the TV in your room to watch your shows/movies at night. I can't say enough about my stay here. You will enjoy every moment. "
