"I wished they told us that this was a Family Holiday hotel. The place was packed with screaming kids, especially around the swimming pool which was tiny. When the fully clothed families packed this pool, the water became murky and smell. Pretty horrid. There is absolutely no eating places in the neighbourhood. And the traffic jams to get in and out of the place meant you are stuck eating at its Coffee Shop with the screaming kids for the duration of your stay. The staff were extremely friendly...

"New property in excellent location ! Entire team was so friendly and we even had the chance to meet the Hotel's GM Mr Nixon Chin who took care of us so extremely well! We invited him to join us for a evening drink nearby the hotel with us and really superb nice gentleman !! Highly recommend anyone planning to stay in Georgetown to stay in lyf Georgetown Penang !! "The location is really good, close to the night market, room is big, clean, and renovated recently. I eat outside so cannot comment on the food and services. I stay for 3 days, staff are nice and helpful. Good on average."

"Overall in a great condition. Many things in the rooms are still new. Great gym. Breakfast is very poor - just sweet pastries and coffee, and often the pastries didn't arrive until after I had to leave for the day even though breakfast was supposed to be open from 7am. The rooms are a little noisy from the busy road, but overall very nice. I would happily stay again. "

"Sazzu was very patient and professional while attending to our needs. Highly recommended this hotel. Amenities are new and latest, with friendly staff. Love their pillows menu too! If I have to nitpick, their breakfast buffet options are very limited. With space constraint, food selections were limited. But we will still stay the same hotel again next time we are here. "
